Refund & Return Policy

Exchanges (sizing)

Within 30 days of delivery, we will exchange a tee for a different size at no charge if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags attached.
  • You email [email protected] before sending anything back.
  • You cover the return shipping cost; we cover the cost of shipping the replacement.

Refunds

Within 14 days of delivery, you may request a refund on unworn, unwashed items with tags intact. Because our products are made-to-order:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the item.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, email a photo to [email protected] within 30 days. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund — including the original shipping. You do not need to return the original.

Non-returnable

Items that have been worn, washed, modified, or had their tags removed are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrived faulty.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
