2. Who can buy
You must be 18 or older to place an order. We design tees for girls aged 9–14, but the buying account and payment must belong to a parent or guardian.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, you’ll receive a full refund.

5. Product descriptions
We work hard to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors may appear slightly different across screens. Measurements are published per garment; we cannot guarantee a perfect fit, but we make exchanges easy.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — designs, photography, text, logos — is the property of The Girls Tee or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content commercially without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use the site to harm others, post unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. We may terminate accounts that violate this section.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State where The Girls Tee is registered. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law, or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
